Khirbet Shema is an archaeological site located in Israel at the foot of Mount Meron. It features the ruins of a large Jewish village of the Roman and Byzantine periods, including the remains of an ancient synagogue and a mausoleum. Khirbet Shema is situated 2½ km west of Ein Yaqim.

The Abuhav Synagogue is a Jewish congregation and synagogue, located in Safed, in the Northern Director of Israel. The synagogue was completed in the 15th century and named in honor of the Spanish kabbalist of the era, Rabbi Isaac Abuhav. Abuhav Synagogue is situated 2½ km east of Ein Yaqim.
