The Ohel Ya'akov Synagogue is an Ashkenazic Orthodox Jewish congregation and synagogue, located in Zikhron Ya'akov, a town in the Haifa District of Israel. The congregation was founded by Baron Edmond James de Rothschild in 1884. Ohel Ya’akov synagogue is situated 2½ km south of Fureidis.

Zikhron Ya'akov is a small town in the south slope of the Carmel Range, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It was founded in 1882 by Baron Edmond James de Rothschild. It is famous for the Carmel Winery, and for the midrahov in the city center.
