Ahihud railway station is a railway station in Ahihud, Israel. It is operated by Israel Railways and is located of the Karmiel line between Kiryat Motzkin and Karmiel. The station was opened on 20 September 2017. Ahihud is situated 1½ km northwest of Al-Birwa.

Ahihud is a moshav in the Western Galilee in northern Israel, about 9 km east of Acre. It was founded in 1950, settled by Jewish refugees from Yemen. It belongs to the Moshavim Movement and falls within the jurisdiction of the Mateh Asher Regional Council.
