Nicosia Atatürk Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in North Nicosia, Northern Cyprus. It is the largest stadium in Northern Cyprus. It is currently used mostly for football matches and hosted some matches for the 2006 ELF Cup.

The Cyprus Museum is the oldest and largest archaeological museum in Cyprus, located on Museum Street in central Nicosia. The museum is home to the most extensive collection of Cypriot antiquities in the world, and houses artifacts discovered during numerous excavations on the island. Cyprus Museum is situated 3½ km south of Marmara.

Taşkınköy is a quarter of North Nicosia in Northern Cyprus. As of 2011, it had a population of 3,847. The first settlement in the area was after the 1974 conflict, as houses were built by a labor union, Türk-Sen.
