Kfar Sir or Kfarsir is a municipality just north of the Litani River, in the Nabatieh District in southern Lebanon. Kfar Sir is situated 3 km south of Abou Chamaa.

Harouf is a municipality in the Nabatieh Governorate region of southern Lebanon and is located north of the Litani River. The village is economically important due to the presence of a famous industrial area in it known as "Marj Harouf". Harouf is situated 4½ km northeast of Abou Chamaa.
