Bilär or Bilyarsk was a medieval city in Volga Bulgaria and its second capital before the Mongol invasion of Volga Bulgaria. It was located on the left bank of the Small Cheremshan River in Alexeeyevsky District of the Tatarstan.| Tap on a place to explore it |

Bilär or Bilyarsk is a rural locality in Äläski District, Tatarstan. The population was 2204 as of 2010. Bilär, Alexeyevsky District is located 50 km from Älӓski, district's administrative centre, and 141 km from Kazan, the republic's capital, by road.
