Uručča
Uručča is a Minsk Metro station, a terminus of the Maskoŭskaja line. Opened on 7 November 2007 it is the first station outside the Minsk Automobile Ring Road, located in the Uručča microraion of Minsk's Metropolitan Borough of Pershamayski.Photo: Antares 610, CC BY-SA 3.0.

The Grandfather is a granite boulder in Minsk, Belarus that was revered as a sacred stone and was part of a Slavic pagan temple until its dissolution in 1888; however worship at the boulder continued until at least 1927 when the temple's guardian was suppressed.

Uručča, is a microdistrict in the north-eastern part of Minsk. It was founded on the place of former Uručča village in the early 1980s. Uručča divided into six parts with corresponding numbers. The metro station of the same name was opened on November 7, 2007.
