Ai-Petri is a peak in the Crimean Mountains. For administrative purposes it is in the Yalta municipality of Crimea. The name is of Greek origin, and translates as "St. Peter". Ai-Petri is situated 3½ km southwest of Vysokogornoye.

Uchan-su, is a waterfall on the river Uchan-su on the southern slopes of the Crimean Mountains in Crimea. The name translates from the Crimean Tatar language for flying water. Uchan-su is situated 3 km north of Vysokogornoye.

The Yusupov Palace is a palace located in the town of Koreiz, near Yalta in Crimea. It was built for Prince Felix Yusupov-Soumorokov-Elston and his wife Princess Zinaida Yusupova in 1909 by Nikolay Krasnov, the architect responsible for the imperial Livadia Palace in nearby Yalta. Yusupov Palace is situated 4 km south of Vysokogornoye.
