Bakharevka Airport was an air base in Perm Krai, Russia, located 6 km southwest of Perm. Until 1965 it was the major civilian airport in Perm City and handled medium-sized and small aircraft, such as the Lisunov Li-2, Ilyushin Il-14, Antonov An-24, Antonov An-2, and Yakovlev Yak-12. Bakharevka Airport is situated 3 km south of Balatovo.

The Perm Academic Theatre-Theatre established in Perm as an amateur theater for working youths. Its first performance, the Battleship Potemkin, was held on March, 14th, 1927 on the site of the theater, which at that time had no constant base, but managed to stage 25 new plays a month with their own scenarios, costumes, etc. Perm Academic Theatre is situated 4 km northeast of Balatovo.
