Plast is a town and the administrative center of Plastovsky District in Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia. It is located on the eastern slopes of the Ural Mountains in the upper basin of the oblast's Uy River, 127 kilometers southwest of Chelyabinsk, the administrative center. Plast is situated 6 km northeast of Zhukov.
