Nanqiao

Nanqiao is a town in Fengxian District, Shanghai. In the courtyard of Cao's family in Nanqiao, there is a plum that was planted in the Tongzhi period. This plum may have been planted by concubine Cao Zongnai.

Fengxian Xincheng is situated 4 km east of Nanqiao.

Wangyuan Road is situated 4 km northeast of Nanqiao.

Fengxian is a suburban district of Shanghai. By Shanghai standards it is almost rural, but it has a population of over a million and considerable development, mainly residential and industrial. Nanqiao town is the largest clump of development.
