Little Holm is a small island in Yell Sound, in Shetland, Scotland. It lies between Northmavine and the island of Yell. There is a lighthouse here. In 1983, the Royal Navy cleared ordnance from the area, and their bomb disposal team discovered an unrecorded shipwreck nearby. Little Holm is situated 2½ miles west of Ness of West Sandwick.

Muckle Holm is a small island in Shetland. It is in Yell Sound, near the Northmavine. It is 23 metres at its highest point. There is a lighthouse, first lit in 1976. Muckle Holm is situated 2½ miles northwest of Ness of West Sandwick.
