Scarp
Scarp is an uninhabited island in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, west of Hushinish on Harris. Once inhabited, the island was the scene of unsuccessful experiments with rocket mail, since commemorated in two films.Photo: Tony Page, CC BY-SA 2.0.

Huisinish or Hushinish is a remote place on the west coast of Harris in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. It lies at the end of a 12-mile-long single-track B road. Hushinish is situated 3 miles southeast of Scarp.
Mealista

Mealista was a township in the west of the Isle of Lewis. It is currently largely uninhabited due to the Highland Clearances, which occurred there in 1838. The beach is a visitor attraction. Mealista is situated 5 miles north of Scarp.

Brenish is a small village situated on the west coast of the Isle of Lewis, which is part of the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Brenish is within the parish of Uig. The name of the village is sometimes spelt Breanish, however maps normally refer to Brenish. Brenish is situated 6 miles north of Scarp.
