The Nev is an islet in Shetland Islands, Scotland. The Nev is situated nearby to the hamlet Reawick, as well as near the locality Harpa.

Hildasay

Hildasay, also known as Hildisay, is an uninhabited island off the west coast of the Shetland Mainland.

North Havra is a small island off south west Shetland. It is 30 metres at its highest point. Situated 1/3 mile from the ness-end of South Whiteness, the island possess a lighthouse and a couple of small sheep pens, as well as a couple dozen sheep and different bird species. North Havra is situated 1½ miles east of The Nev.

Linga is a small island off Hildasay in the Shetland Islands. It is one of the Scalloway Islands. Haswell-Smith compares Hildasay and the adjacent islands to a yeti's footprint, with Linga as the big toe. Linga is situated 2 miles southeast of The Nev.

Burwick is a small peninsula north of Scalloway in the Shetland Islands, Scotland. The Hill of Burwick rises to 107 metres, the Ness of Burwick is a headland that guards the bay of Bur Wick, and Burwick Holm is a small island with an elevation of about 10 metres, just off shore in the Scalloway Islands. Burwick is situated 3 miles east of The Nev.

Scalloway

Scalloway is a fishing village in the Shetland Islands. It was the capital of these islands until 1708 when Lerwick supplanted it. The population in 2011 was 900.
