A' Mhaighdean is one of the least accessible of the munros in northern Scotland. It is 8 miles north of Kinlochewe but most easily accessible from Poolewe, taking a private road South East to Kernsary. A‘ Mhaighdean is situated 1½ miles east of Dubh Loch.

Beinn Lair is a mountain in the Northwest Highlands, Scotland. It lies in the Letterewe estate on the northeastern shore of Loch Maree in Wester Ross. The mountain has two contrasting sides. Beinn Lair is situated 1½ miles south of Dubh Loch.
