Claonaig

Claonaig is a hamlet on the east coast of the Kintyre peninsula in western Scotland, linked to Lochranza on the Isle of Arran by the CalMac ferry MV Catriona in the summer months.

Tarbert is a village in Argyll and Bute on the west coast of Scotland. An Tairbeart is a Gaelic term meaning "carry across", indicating an isthmus where small boats could be portaged from one body of water to another. Skipness is situated 2 miles east of Claonaig.

Whitehouse is a hamlet on the Kintyre Peninsula in Argyll and Bute, west of Scotland. It is located around 5.5 miles southwest of Tarbert and around 25 miles north of Campbeltown. Whitehouse is situated 4½ miles northwest of Claonaig.
