Dunadd is a hillfort in Argyll and Bute, Scotland, dating from the Iron Age and early medieval period and is believed to be the capital of the ancient kingdom of Dál Riata. Dunadd is situated 1½ miles north of Cairnbaan.
Daill Loch

Daill Loch is an impounding reservoir located 5 kilometres west north west of Lochgilphead and 1.5 kilometres south of the Crinan Canal. It is one of a number of lochs supplying water to the canal. The earthen dam is 8.1 metres high and was completed in 1930. Daill Loch is situated 1½ miles southwest of Cairnbaan.

Ardrishaig is a coastal village on Loch Gilp, at the southern entrance to the Crinan Canal in Argyll and Bute in the west of Scotland. It lies immediately to the south of Lochgilphead, with the nearest larger town being Oban. Ardrishaig is situated 3½ miles south of Cairnbaan.
