Dallas Dhu distillery is a inactive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distillery located in Forres, Moray, Scotland. Dallas Dhu means "Black Water Valley" in Gaelic.

Forres is a town in Moray in northeast Scotland, with a population of 9090 in 2020. By the second century AD it was sufficiently famous to be mapped as Οὐάραρ εἴσχυσις — "Varar Estuary" — by Claudius Ptolemy of Alexandria.

Dyke is a small village situated in the north of Scotland on the Moray coast, approximately 4 miles west of Forres. The origin of the name of the parish of Dyke is supposed to be the Gaelic word dìg, signifying a water drain or ditch. Dyke is situated 2½ miles northwest of Loch of Blairs.
