Calslagen is a hamlet in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Aalsmeer, and lies about 9 km south of Hoofddorp. Until 1854, Calslagen was a separate municipality, under the name of Kalslagen en Bilderdam.

The Westeinderplassen are a complex of lakes belonging mostly to the territory of Aalsmeer, Netherlands. Their total area is about 10 square kilometres 2, making it the largest freshwater body of water in the Randstad area. Westeinderplassen is situated 2½ km north of Grietpolder.
