Everbeek is a village situated in the Flemish Ardennes and in the Denderstreek in Belgium. In 1977, it was included into the municipality of Brakel. Although it is Dutch speaking, this village was part of the Walloon province of Hainaut until 1963, when it became part of the Flemish province of East Flanders. Everbeek is situated 3 km southwest of Kruisstraat.

Geraardsbergen is a beautiful city in the southeastern corner of East Flanders. The city was founded in 1068 by Duke of Flanders Boudewijn IV. The reason of its foundation was because of the strategic position right on the borders of Hainaut and Brabant.
