Cregneash or Cregneish is a small village and tourist destination in the extreme south-west of the , about 1 mi from . Most of the village is now part of a living museum run by Manx National Heritage.

Meayll Hill is a small hill in the exclave of parish at the southern end of the , just outside the village of Cregneash. It is the site of a chambered cairn called Meayll Circle or Mull Circle.
