Asker, also called Asker proper, is a district and former municipality in Akershus, Norway, located approximately 20km southwest of Oslo. Asker Station is a railway station located in downtown Asker, Norway. Situated on the Drammen Line, 23.83 kilometers from Oslo Central Station, it also serves as the terminus of the Asker Line and the Spikkestad Line.
