Cooper Island is a small island of the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. It is one of the "Little Sisters" islands. There are five privately owned properties on the island, plus a small beach club resort.

Salt Island is one of the islands of the archipelago of the British Virgin Islands located about 4.7 miles southeast of Road Town, the main town on Tortola. Salt Island is situated 1½ miles southwest of Carol Bay.

Carvel Rock is an uninhabited islet of the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean, less than 2 acres in size. It lies at the southern edge of the archipelago, south of and roughly between Ginger Island and Cooper Island. Carvel Rock is situated 1½ miles southeast of Carol Bay.
