Ciénaga is a mid-size port city on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. With a population of 110,000, it is the second largest city in Magdalena Department. The city is a popular stopover point for travelers en route between Barranquilla and Santa Marta.

Puebloviejo is a town and municipality of the Colombian Department of Magdalena. It was founded in 1526 by friar Tomas Ortíz. It was erected a municipality on May 3, 1929. Pueblo Viejo is situated 6 km southwest of Boca de Córdoba.
