Cerro San Antonio is a town and municipality of the Colombian Department of Magdalena. Founded on June 13, 1750 by Fernando de Mier y Guerra near the Magdalena River. Cerro San Antonio is situated 8 km west of Cantagallar.

It is the fifth most populated town in the Department and is situated on the west bank of the Magdalena river and at the southern part of the Department of Atlántico.
