Surry is a small, rural town in Hancock County, in the US state of Maine, located on Blue Hill Bay, about 8 miles southwest of the county seat of Ellsworth, quite near Acadia National Park and adjacent to Blue Hill.

Ellsworth is a small city in Maine on the Union River. It is the county seat of Hancock County, with a population of about 6500 people. It was settled in 1763 and became a large lumber port and ship building center during the 19th century.
