Fort Knox

Fort Knox, now Fort Knox State Park or Fort Knox State Historic Site, is located on the western bank of the Penobscot River in the town of Prospect, Maine, about 5 miles from the mouth of the river. Fort Knox is situated 2 miles northwest of Ulmer Brook.

The Penobscot Narrows Bridge is a 2,120-foot-long cable-stayed bridge that carries US 1/SR 3 over the Penobscot River. It connects Verona Island to Prospect, in the U.S. state of Maine. Penobscot Narrows Bridge and Observatory is situated 1½ miles northwest of Ulmer Brook.

The Bucksport Railroad Station is a historic railroad station on Main Street in Bucksport, Maine. The station was built in 1874 by the European and North American Railway, and is one of a small number of surviving rural railroad stations in Maine.
