Eureka Schoolhouse

The Eureka Schoolhouse is a historic school building at 470 Charlestown Road in the Goulds Mill village of Springfield, Vermont. Built in 1785, it is the oldest surviving schoolhouse in the state.
Southview Housing Historic District

The Southview Housing Historic District encompasses a collection of World War II-era residences on Stanley Road in Springfield, Vermont. They were built in 1942 to provided housing for workers producing militarily important materials, and have survived with remarkably little alteration since then. Southview Housing Historic District is situated 1½ miles north of Hardscrabble Corner.
Gould’s Mill Bridge

The Gould's Mill Bridge is a historic Baltimore through truss bridge, carrying Paddock Street across the Black River in Springfield, Vermont. The bridge was built by the Boston Bridge Works Company in 1929 after major flooding in 1927, and is one of the state's few examples of a Baltimore truss.
