Mount Lyell is the highest point in Yosemite National Park, at 13,114 feet. It is located at the southeast end of the Cathedral Range, 1+1⁄4 miles northwest of Rodgers Peak. Mount Lyell is situated 1½ miles west of Marie Lakes.

Rodgers Peak is the most northwestern peak in the Ritter Range in Madera County, California. The peak lies on the boundary between Yosemite National Park and the Ansel Adams Wilderness further east.
Lyell Glacier
Glacier
Lyell Glacier is in the Sierra Nevada of California. The glacier was discovered by John Muir in 1871, and was the largest glacier in Yosemite National Park. Lyell Glacier is situated 1½ miles west of Marie Lakes.
