Montecito Inn

The Montecito Inn is a boutique hotel in the southwestern part of Montecito, California. It is considered a Santa Barbara landmark. Located on Coast Village Road in Montecito, adjacent to U.S. Route 101, the inn is 2.5 blocks from Butterfly Beach.

Casa del Herrero is a historic house museum and botanical garden located in Montecito near Santa Barbara, California. It was designed by George Washington Smith, and is considered one of the finest examples of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture in the United States of America.

The Santa Barbara Zoo is located on 30 acres near the ocean in Santa Barbara, California. It was built on the site of what was known as the Child Estate. Santa Barbara Zoo is situated 1½ miles west of Montecito Creek.

The town includes a school and a Presbyterian Church. There are many small businesses. Summerland is situated 2 miles east of Montecito Creek.
