Georgetown is a neighborhood in southern Seattle, Washington, United States. It is bounded on the north by the mainlines of the BNSF Railway and Union Pacific Railroad, beyond which is the Industrial District; on the west by the Duwamish River, across which is South Park; on the east by Interstate 5, beyond which is Beacon Hill; and on the south by Boeing Field. Georgetown is situated 1½ miles north of South Park.

NewHolly

NewHolly is a neighborhood in southeastern Seattle, Washington, United States. It is part of Seattle's South End. Holly Park was built in the 1940s to house defense workers and veterans, but in the 1950s, it was converted into public housing under the aegis of the Seattle Housing Authority. NewHolly is situated 2 miles northeast of South Park.
