Waimea Valley

Waimea Valley is an area of historic cultural significance on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. The valley, being an important place in Hawaiian religion, includes several historical structures including stone terraces and walls constructed during the time of the Hawaiian monarchy. Waimea Valley is situated 3 km northeast of Kawailoa.

The Waimea River is a river in Honolulu County on the island of Oʻahu in the U.S. state of Hawaii. The river's main channel is 1.5 miles long and has a watershed spanning 13.6 square miles, with a total length of 24.4 km when its tributaries are included. Waimea River is situated 2½ km northeast of Kawailoa.
