Mailiao Gongfan Temple is a Mazu temple located in Mailiao, Yunlin County, Taiwan. The temple is protected as a national monument, the highest designation for a historical site within Taiwan. Gongfan Temple is situated 790 metres southeast of Laoxiangong Miao.
