The Cathedral of Saint Elias and Saint Gregory the Illuminator is a cathedral of the Armenian Catholic Church in Debbas Square in downtown Beirut, Lebanon.

The Egg

The Egg, or the Dome, is an unfinished cinema building in Beirut, Lebanon. Its construction began in 1965 but was interrupted with the outbreak of the Lebanese Civil War in 1975 and the horse-shoe shaped dome that remains today is now a landmark in Beirut. The Egg is situated 110 metres west of Place Debbas.

Saint Joseph University of Beirut is a private Catholic research university in Beirut, Lebanon, founded in 1875 by French Jesuit missionaries and subsidized by the Government of France during the time when Lebanon was under Ottoman rule. Saint Joseph University of Beirut is situated 280 metres southeast of Place Debbas.
