Chiprovtsi is a small town in North Bulgaria, in the Balkan Mountains. It's famous for its traditional hand-woven carpets/rugs, and it's one of the few Roman Catholic enclaves in Bulgaria, an otherwise mostly Eastern Orthodox country.
