Castellar was a comune in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 50 kilometres southwest of Turin and about 30 kilometres northwest of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 253 and an area of 3.8 square kilometres. Castellar is situated 7 km north of Piasco.
