Runaway Island is a rocky island 0.7 nautical miles west of the west tip of Neny Island and 0.2 nautical miles northwest of surf rock, lying in Marguerite Bay off the west coast of Graham Land.

Baffle Rock is a small rock, just visible at the surface at high tide, lying in the center of the deep water channel approach to Stonington Island, 1.1 kilometres northwest of the western tip of Neny Island in Marguerite Bay. Baffle Rock is situated 2½ km northeast of Edisto Rocks.

Northeast Glacier is a steep, heavily crevassed glacier, 13 nautical miles long and 5 nautical miles wide at its mouth, which flows from McLeod Hill westward and then south-westwards into Marguerite Bay between the Debenham Islands and Roman Four Promontory, on the west coast of Graham Land, Antarctica. Reference Islands is situated 2½ km northwest of Edisto Rocks.

East Base on Stonington Island is the oldest American research station in Antarctica, having been commissioned by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1939. The station was built as part of two US wintering expeditions – United States Antarctic Service Expedition and Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition. East Base is situated 6 km northeast of Edisto Rocks.
