It is on the West Highland Line, between Lochailort and Locheilside, located 14 miles 58 chains from the former Banavie Junction. The Glenfinnan Viaduct is a railway viaduct on the West Highland Line at Glenfinnan, in the Lochaber district of north-western Scotland, built from 1897 to 1901. Glenfinnan Viaduct is situated 3,800 feet east of Glenfinnan railway station.
