Borth

Borth is a village of 1,400 people in Ceredigion. It lies on the coast 7 miles north of Aberystwyth. The village is the quintessential British seaside resort, with mixed sand and stony beach, sea wall, pubs and shops selling plastic buckets and spades.

Borth railway station serves the village of Borth, near Aberystwyth, Wales. It is a stop on the Cambrian Line between Shrewsbury and Aberystwyth.

Borth Animalarium, formerly known as Borth Wild Animal Kingdom, is a zoo, located in the seaside Welsh town of Borth, 7 miles north of Aberystwyth in the county of Ceredigion, Mid Wales. It occupies 12 acres and in 2015 had some 27,000 visitors.
