Sladden Wood

Sladden Wood is a 7-hectare nature reserve north of Alkham in Kent. It is managed by the Kent Wildlife Trust. The main trees in this wood are hornbeam, field maple and hazel, and there are ground flora such as green hellebore and yellow archangel.

St Peter’s Church

St Peter's Church is a redundant Anglican church in the village of Swingfield, some 3 miles northeast of Hawkinge, Kent, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust.

Capel-le-Ferne is a village and civil parish on the White Cliffs of Dover, near Folkestone in the Dover district, in Kent, England. Its name derives from a medieval French term meaning "chapel in the ferns". Capel-le-Ferne is situated 2½ miles south of Alkham.
