Abberton Reservoir is a pumped storage freshwater reservoir in eastern England near the Essex coast, with an area of 700 hectares. Most of its water is pumped from the River Stour.

Fingringhoe Wick

Fingringhoe Wick is a 48.6-hectare nature reserve in Fingringhoe in Essex. It is managed by the Essex Wildlife Trust, which runs a visitor centre on the site. Fingringhoe Wick is situated 2½ miles east of Langenhoe.
