Babbs Island is an island in Hancock County, West Virginia on the Ohio River between East Liverpool, Ohio and Chester, West Virginia. It takes its name from the Babb family of Columbiana County, Ohio which once owned the island from 1804 to 1820—John Babb was the original owner.

The Chester teapot is billed as the "World's Largest Teapot", which measures 14 feet in height by 14 feet in diameter. Its current location is on the former site of a popular amusement park, Rock Springs Park, off an onramp along U.S. Highway 30 in the City of Chester in Hancock County, West Virginia. Chester teapot is situated 3,200 feet west of Lawrenceville Volunteer Fire Department.
