Nordre Puttjern

Nordre Puttjern is a lake located west of Puttåsen in the northern part of Østmarka in Oslo municipality, Norway. Together with Søndre Puttjern lake right nearby, it was almost entirely dried up in 1997 due to a leak during the construction of the railway tunnel Romeriksporten.

Ellingsrud consists of Ellingsrudåsen, Bakås, Fjeldstad, Karihaugen, Munkebekken, and the small area of Kaiekroken, located in the far east close to Furuset and Lindeberg. Ellingsrud is situated 2½ km north of Bjørndalen.
