Kumpur is a village in the Central Himalayas region of Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 7,916 and 1,405 houses.

Ratmate is a ward under Belkotgadhi Municipality but was village development committee in Nuwakot District in the Bagmati Province of central Nepal.
