Siddharthanagar, formerly and colloquially still called Bhairahawa, is a municipality and the administrative headquarter of Rupandehi District in Lumbini Province of Nepal, 265 km west of Nepal's capital Kathmandu.

It is one of the tri-cities of the rapidly growing Butwal-Tilottama-Bhairahawa urban agglomeration primarily based on the Siddhartha Highway in West Nepal with a total urban agglomerated population of 421,018. Tilottama is situated 10 km northeast of Sitapur.
