San Marco Evangelista al Campidoglio

San Marco is a titular basilica in dedicated to Saint Mark the Evangelist, located in the small Piazza di San Marco adjoining . It was first consecrated in 336 by Pope Mark and rebuilt in its present form in 833 by Pope Gregory IV.
