Mount Superbus lies 99 kilometres south-west of the centre of Brisbane, Australia and is South East Queensland's highest peak at 1,375 metres. At this elevation, it is the fifth-highest peak in Queensland, after Mount Bartle Frere at 1,622 metres, Mount Bellenden Ker at 1,593 metres, Mount Fisher at 1,385 metres and Mount Carbine Tableland at 1,383 metres, all in Far North Queensland.Mount Superbus
