Kerem Shalom

Kerem Shalom is a kibbutz in southern Israel. Located on the triple Gaza Strip-Israel-Egypt border, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council. In 2024 it had a population of 231. Kerem Shalom is situated 7 km east of Ḩayy al Qāḑī al Kharāfīn.

Yamit was an Israeli settlement in the northern part of the Sinai Peninsula with a population of about 2,500 people. Yamit was established during Israel's occupation of the peninsula from the end of the 1967 Six-Day War until that part of the Sinai was handed over to Egypt in April 1982, as part of the terms of the 1979 Egypt–Israel peace treaty. Yamit is situated 9 km northwest of Ḩayy al Qāḑī al Kharāfīn.

Rafah is a largely destroyed and depopulated city in the southern Gaza Strip, Palestine, that serves as the capital of the Rafah Governorate. It is located 30 kilometers south-west of Gaza City. Rafah is situated 9 km northeast of Ḩayy al Qāḑī al Kharāfīn.
