The Citadel of Cairo or Citadel of Saladin is a medieval Islamic-era fortification in Cairo, Egypt. Its construction was begun by Salah ad-Din in 1176 and continued by subsequent Egyptian rulers. Saladin Citadel of Cairo is situated 650 metres northwest of Kahf al-Sudan.

The Juyushi Mosque is a historic monument in Cairo, Egypt. The mosque is dated from 1086 CE, during reign of the Fatimid Imam-Caliph al-Mustansir Billah. Mosque of al-Juyushi is situated 360 metres southeast of Kahf al-Sudan.

The Lulua Mosque or al-Lu'lu'a Mosque is a mosque in the Muqattam Hills that surround Cairo, Egypt. Built during the reign of the third Fatimid caliph, al-Hakim, in the Fatimid architectural style, the mosque was completed in c. 1016 CE. Al-Lu’lu’a Mosque is situated 570 metres southeast of Kahf al-Sudan.
