The Tarong Power Station is a coal fired power station located on a 1,500 hectares site in Tarong in the South Burnett Region near the town of Nanango, in Queensland, Australia. Tarong Power Station is situated 3½ km west of Pine View.

Tarong North Power Station is a 443 megawatt coal fired power station on the same site as Tarong Power Station in the South Burnett. The Queensland Government commissioned the construction of the power station in November 1999. Tarong North Power Station is situated 3½ km west of Pine View.
